THE H.O.T.H. HOT DOG
At the start of 2019 we were looking for the best sausage we could find. As usual, our superb local butcher worked with us and produced a 6 inch pork sausage that customers rave about. 100% outdoor reared pork, no rusk, no fuss, just seasoning.
All housed in a lightly glazed Hobbs House brioche hot dog roll. Sliced from the top, filled with caramelized onions, a hint of local Honey and then the 6 inch sausage, topped with American mustard.
This is not your regular hot dog!
THE H.O.T.H. GOURMET BURGER
We started serving these at the start of 2019, and after a few tweaks and some in depth tasting (tough gig!) we and our great butcher came up with this.
Firstly the beef. Fully traceable and outdoor reared, and as you would expect the only additives are salt and pepper. Red onion puree and a touch of horseradish powder complete the deal. 8 or 6oz of pure, beefy heaven!
Again housed in the famous Hobbs House brioche burger bun. Assembled for you with caramelized onions, fresh crispy lettuce, sliced beef tomatoes and sliced dill pickles.
Pop on the lid, secure with a bamboo stick and choose from the 6 relishes on offer. A range of accompanying cheeses are supplied, including Manchego and Feta.
Chicken and Fish Burgers also available.
